I've heard differing opinions about it.
Autumn's dad bought it for his laptop and desktop, and he's had a few problems, mostly on the laptop, which is quite a high spec Sony Vaio laptop. The drivers don't work properly, things keep crashing.
There are some good things on it. It sets up a home network a lot easier than Vista or XP. It works the same way, just easier to set up.
It's easier to connect to wireless networks, it's easier to use on that part.
It gives you "libraries" of all your similar types of documents, music, videos, word docs etc, it groups them together easier.
However, some of the GUI is a step back. It's a lot harder to change folder icons to custom ones etc.
I wouldn't recommend getting it just yet, wait until some of the bugs are fixed before you take the plunge.
