| mICKY HAS COMPLAINED TO FORUMOTION SO i HAVE REPLIED ...
Someone called mickymod is complaing about his picture ...a picture posted in the public domain on a number of other forums ...being used by a poster called jobless odball as his avatar.
I have no way of knowing if this is mickys picture and have asked him to prove it to me.
Do I have to remove it? | |

I no longer see the avatar in question up. so i guess they removed it.
in the future if you have personal picture of your self that you dont want shared then dont post them on the Internet.
to me this whole situation seems silly.. but i have no idea what the pic is and if it's you and you dont want it out there then thats your right.. but i mean if it's out there. whats to say it's not out there being shared/displayed/used by a zillion other people and or places.
there's not much you can do once something is placed on the web. it's out there forever | |

New post by Puppymod Today at 8:50 am Is being used by a poster on a Forumotion forum called 'The Real Spa' link provided. https://thesnug.forumotion.com/chat-by-t ... 228-45.htm The avatar being used by a poster called Mickymod is a photo of me, and despite repeated requests the pretendy owner of this forum, a man by the name of Mickymod still refuses to remove my image, and at one point on his forum has even told me to 'piss off' apologies for the language. As displaying my photo without my persmission is a violation of copyright and a breach of the data protection act i believe i would be well within my rights to start legal proceedings, but i dont wish to go down this road yet, i would however like to to get my photo removed from this Forumotion forum.
