Egg Challenge.

Ok, put your 3 eggs in a jug with a nob of butter and a swig of milk or cream. Chop and onion and grate some cheese. Fry the onion in a frying pan on a very low heat for about 20 mins until almost caramelised, pour in the eggs. Fry for about 6/7 mins then sprinkle the cheese on the top, now place the pan under a very hot grill until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and add a dash of soy sauce, and now; EAT!!
