Pickled ......

My wife has turned into Nellie Pledge ...the place stinks like a pickle factory.
She has been making chutneys and home made Picalilli for days ...we have tons of the stuff.
It is so tasty ...especialy the Picallili.
Home made jams as well.
It's that time of year here.

I love Aunt Nellie's pickled beets and pickled red cabbage.
Not much into jams etc.

Does she sell it Jack? we have a farm shop near us where we buy Mrs Darlingtons chutneys and jams! God she makes the most gorgeous Orange Curd! I've been eating it from the jar!

When you told me to eat jam from the jar, does Orange curd count?

No she doesn't sell it.
She gives it to family and friends.
This week it's been plum jam.
The picalilli is amazing ...I can't stop eating it ...straight out the jar too.
I'm sure orange curd counts
